Community Mediation & Restorative Services, Inc believes training is an effective strategy as we seek to develop the capacity of our community to respectfully resolve conflict and repair harm. We collaborate with other mediation and restorative parties to create more opportunities for people to participate in transformative, skill-building experiences.

MLK Weekend Circle Training

$250Community Building Circles 101: Community Building Circles 101 is an experiential 3 day training to introduce participants to community building circles, the bedrock of restorative approaches. In this training, participants will experience the power of community building in a circle, learn about the restorative approach–its roots and underlying principles–and learn the basics of keeping a circle. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss implementation of restorative practices in their workplace, practice keeping a circle, and gain feedback from their peers.
